Two options to get scheduled:

1. Once a package is purchased online it is possible to schedule yourself into the available sessions through your account log in.

2. Are there certain days and times specific to your needs? Give us a call to buy and book the sessions that you want with the trainer you want on the days that you want. We will customize a schedule for you.
