Matt Greer

Staff Coach, 360 Soccer

Matt grew up around West Chester, PA and played for Penn Fusion until the Philadelphia Union Academy started. He was a member of both the U16 and U18 Union Academy teams and was a standout player, leading the team in scoring all 3 years he was there and winning the Generation Adidas Cup at U17. The summer before starting college Matt was also brought up to guest play with the Union first team in a friendly against the Chelsea U23 squad. He was even selected to the 23-man roster of the Canadian U18 national team before the U18 World Cup but just missed the final 18-man cutoff. Greer was a starter at Dartmouth College and won 3 consecutive conference championships, leading the team in assists the last two years. Matt is currently training with the local USL professional team, the Bethlehem Steel.

Matt has played with and against renowned local players such as Keegan Rosenbury, the current Philadelphia Union right back; Zach Pfeffer, the first Philadelphia Union homegrown player; and Christian Pulisic, Dortmund and US National team star.
