What is Phase Training?

PHASE Training is small group technical training geared towards the dedicated athlete. PHASE training focuses on improving all aspects of each player's technical ability including 1v1 dribbling and turning, passing and receiving, ball striking and finishing, and heading. PHASE training sessions are offered in packages of 5, 10, 20, and 40.

PHASE Training can be combined with Private Training for the complete training package at the ultimate price.

How do I sign up for your PHASE, Private Training, and Goalkeeper Training Programs?

First, you will need to create a free online account with us by clicking on the "Sign Up/Member Login" link at the top of this web site. Please make sure you register the account using the player’s first name and DOB.

Once you have established an account, go to “Sessions," then “Buy” to see a list of available packages to purchase.

If you have any issues or need some help, give us a call.

I just bought a package but cannot schedule sessions, what do I do?

To schedule sessions please log in to your account and click on "Schedule" and then click "Book Me."

If you are trying to book PHASE training sessions, please ensure that the classes you are trying to book into are not full already. There is a limit to how many players we can have in each class in order to keep the trainer-to-player ratio optimal.

If you purchased private training sessions and would like assistance in booking dates, please give us a call.

What is your cancellation/refund policy for PHASE, Goalkeeper Academy and Private Training packages?

All early cancellations or rescheduling for training program must be made online at least 24 hours in advance.

To cancel a class within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, please call or email us directly.

All early cancellations will be credited back to you to be used at a later date.

What types of players do you work with?

We work with both boys and girls of all ages and abilities.

For recommendations on what program is best for you please contact the office to speak to a 360 Soccer Staff Member.

How will you ensure players will receive the appropriate level of attention and challenge during Phase training?

All PHASE training is grouped by age and ability to ensure players are working with players of similar size, strength, and ability. Our staff is trained to always challenge each and every player on their individual technique, and we never allow our sessions to become too easy or difficult for anyone.

What is your policy for inclement weather?

If we ever close the facility due to inclement weather, we will email all scheduled players with cancellation and rescheduling details.

How long do I have to use my Phase and Private training sessions?

After the first session of a new training package is completed, players will have 1 year to complete their training package.

How many times can I train per week?

It is up to you how you set your schedule but we recommend 1-2 times per week to keep consistency from week to week.

Is 360 Soccer a "Club Neutral" training program?

Yes, we work with players from all clubs and organizations.
